Our state-of-the art manufacturing, sand blasting, and powder coating facility is located just 60 miles north of Washington D.C.

The Powder Coating Process

First, before any powder coating takes place, all materials are sand-blasted to a smooth, bare metal finish. Next, the metal is coated with an anti-rust inhibiting sealer to prevent any flash rusting. Then the material is treated with a zinc rich primer, which ensures the highest quality finish possible. Finally, the polyester finish coat is applied. The powder coating not only gives the louvers an extra bit of aesthetic appeal, but also significantly increases the fences durability.
